PRE ORDERS

Pre-Order Status

Pre-orders are estimated to begin processing by October 26th and no later than November 11th. preorders should begin fulfillment by November 11th.

 

Preorder limit

There is limited space for preorders. Once an item has been marked as sold out there will be no more orders taken for that item until our next restock. 

 

Shipping my preorder

Expedited shipping cannot be offered for preorders at this time.

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

All swimwear is handmade to order

Processing time for handmade custom orders is currently 2- 4 weeks

* Processing time depends on quantity of orders in Que and fabric/material availability. For further customization beyond the available fields, please reach out to customs@cocoaskyedesigns.com with in 24 hours of placing your order. Please include order number as well as desired customization and preferred contact information. Additional customization request are subject to additional fees. 

 

RETURNS

All swimwear is final sale for hygienic reasons. If there is a problem with your order please contact us using the information below. If the problem does facility a return, Cocoa Skye Designs will accept the return for a store credit under the following conditions. 

 

  1. Swimwear must not show signs that it has been worn. 
  2. Swimwear must be returned with all applicable tags attached and swimwear hygienic  liner intact. 
  3. Swimwear must not be washed or dry cleaned. 
  4. Customer has contacted us within 5 days of delivery to request a return/exchange.

The cost of a return is the responsibility of the customer.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT!

For best results, we recommend dry cleaning of your Cocoa Skye Designs swimwear. Otherwise, hand wash cold and hang dry. DO NOT BLEACH, DO NOT IRON !
